    City Wide Analysis

    _______

    Karachi:

This activity has been planned to be conducted in the month of April, but when we started gathering/inviting students from colleges and universities, we got to know that the exams in universities/colleges are just completed in the month of May and mostly students aren’t attending universities/colleges as they are on vacations or on leaves.

    Jamshoro:

Sindh University was welcoming for us and by witnessing our work they decided to involve Thespianz in their future events to organize theatre performances and theatre workshops. Vice chancellor Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat also mentioned that in future he going to sign a memorandum of understanding MOU with Thespianz for steadying this collaboration between Thespianz and Sindh University.

    Nawabshah:

We were able to work with most of handicapped people.
while entertaining and educating those people who never ever attended this kind of activities. We built strong community linkage in Nawabshah city that will be helpful for us in the future. First time we have performed social theatre play and workshops in such a warm area. We are happy that we accomplished it. Assistant Commissioner Nawabshah and Senior Superintendent of Anti Corruption Nawabshah attended theatre performances.

    Khairpur:

Due to Sukkur IBA cancellation, our all upcoming schedule had been disturbed, we contacted Khairpur Arts Council while we were in Jacobabad and told them that we wish to come at your place and stage this activity (this will suppose to happen after 2 days) Khairpur Arts Council president Mr. Akbar Shah give us satisfaction that they are agreed to host this activity and they will try their best to bring maximum people.

    Sukkur:

Great warm up exercises at the Theatre workshop held at Saint Marry High School – Sukkur in which students learned a lot of interesting techniques to boost stage confidence. It was first a theatre organization visited this school and it was first time student attend a theatre workshop. Principal said that “She will never forget this workshop in my her entire life”. Students along with the teachers appreciate Thespianz efforts how we visited this school in this extreme warm weather, in which even they wouldn’t even think to go outside.

    Jacobabad:

We have performed this activity among various religion people. Mr. Tony Bruner Neuton (A Father of a Church in Jacobabad) facilitated Team Thespianz very well and through him We were able to built strong community linkage in Jacobabad city that will be helpful for us in the future. We got exposure of diverse religions, their prayer areas and their culture by visiting many churches and temples.
